Wines?As the son of an Army Ranger / Green Beret (1942-72) father and a Microbiologist mother he has a unique genetic make up. He is married and has three children. His home is now in Wentzville after growing up in Ferguson, Missouri. Gephardt. Many attorneys must take the bar exam more than one time to pass. I passed it on my first try after being away from law school for two years. He has never been disciplined by the State Bar. His background: Having been a real fighter and champion athlete in power lifting (2nd Ozark region), weightlifting (Missouri State Champion), archery (6th in U.S. Junior Nationals) and a full contact karate fighter with a record of 26W-3L has prepared him well for DWI defense and he believes the best results in DWI defense comes from getting the proper training and experience, hard work preparing the case, and having the courage to challenge the prosecution at every level.
